Gina Mushmeche
Gina lends her experience to KSSJE’s insurance litigation practice groups. After practicing in Louisiana and Mississippi for several years, she relocated to Nevada and joined the firm in 2006. Since joining the firm, Gina has litigated and favorably resolved several cases and has briefed several appeals. Gina’s recent accomplishments include briefing and successfully arguing a motion for summary judgment regarding punitive damages for a major hotel/casino where the plaintiff was seeking millions of dollars in damages. Additionally, Gina was recently appointed as a Nevada State Chair for Council on Litigation Management.
Gina graduated in the top 25% of her class at Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans in 1998. She was also a Moot Court Staff member and achieved Moot Court Final Four for oral arguments. . She is rated "AV" by Martindale Hubbell.
