Jeffrey G. Sloane

Jeff is primarily responsible for a thriving practice involving creditors' rights in bankruptcy, and commercial collection on behalf of some of the nation's leading Banks, Credit Card Companies, Commercial Lenders, and Automobile Companies. With over 20 years of practice, he is Martindale Hubbell rated "A.V."

Admitted to Practice: State Bar of Nevada, 1984; United States District Court, 1986; Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, 1986.
