M. Bradley Johnson
Partner in the firm, Brad has been awarded the highest possible rating “AV” for legal ethics and ability by Martindale Hubbell. Brad has been admitted to practice law in Nevada since 1992 and has spent his entire career with the firm. He has focused his practice on the representation of clients seeking trial counsel in civil litigation cases with an emphasis on insurance defense and personal injury claims. Brad has earned an outstanding reputation in the legal field through his successful defense of complex catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. He has extensive trial and appellate experience but also strongly believes in employing the use of alternative dispute resolution tools whenever possible.
