Melanie D. Morgan
Ms. Morgan is our newest partner in the firm, and focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation with emphasis in mortgage finance law and real estate. She has represented numerous financial institutions in foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, she successfully represents some of the country’s largest real estate developers handling contract negotiations, landlord/tenant disputes, and evictions. Admitted to practice in Nevada since 2002 and in Texas since 2003, Melanie has litigated matters in both state and federal court, including argument before the Nevada Supreme Court.She is BV Rated by Martindale Hubbell.
Ms. Morgan graduated cum laude from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education in 1999 and from Baylor University School of Law in 2001. She enjoys volunteering for Clark County’s Children’s Attorney Project Program, and volunteering in local schools teaching students about the judicial system.
