Collections

The firm offers a full service representation in the area of Creditors Rights. Under the direction of Jeff Sloane, the firm conducts legal representation in the fields of Bankruptcy, Replevin, and Consumer Collection. The Collection Department maintains a staff of 25 in-house employees comprised of skip-tracers, collectors, legal assistants and two full time managers. The firm also employs state-of-the-art collection software, calendaring, notes, skip tracing, and dialing systems to assist in the garnishment, execution, and collection process.
