Gary E. Schnitzer

Practicing since 1980, Gary has concentrated his practice in transactional matters and litigation in the fields of real estate, commercial and corporate law, and insurance defense. Gary is Martindale Hubbell rated "A.V." Recent accomplishments include: representing a lender in Nevada in negotiating the terms of a $550 million dollar loan package; successfully defended a title company against a $5 million breach of contract claim and; represented the seller in the sale of $50 million dollar business.  Gary also has considerable experience in complex mass tort litigation. He presently  serves as a Referee for the Las Vegas Justice Court.

Admitted to Practice: State Bar of Nevada, 1980; United States District Court, 1980; Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, 1982; United States Supreme Court, 2003.

Professional Activities: Clark County Bar Association; American Bar Association; and Private Mediator.
