Melanie D. Morgan
Melanie has been admitted to practice law in Nevada since 2002. After relocating from Texas, she joined the firm in 2004 and has focused her practice primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and transactions and insurance defense. Melanie successfully represents some of the country’s largest real estate developers handling contract negotiations, landlord/tenant disputes, and evictions. Melanie’s recent accomplishments include defensing a multi-million dollar wrongful death products liability matter, representing the seller in the sale of a $50 million dollar business, and routinely securing judgments on behalf of land owners and developers.
Melanie graduated cum laude from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education in 1999 and is a certified teacher in the State of Texas. She graduated from Baylor University School of Law in 2001 and was admitted to practice in Texas in 2003. She enjoys volunteering in schools teaching students about our judicial system.
